The Quidan Kaisahan team is composed of community workers, child rights advocates, development practitioners, and support staff who bring diverse experiences and expertise to our work. United by a shared commitment to children's rights and wellbeing, we work hand in hand with children, families, schools, local government units, and community partners to create meaningful and lasting change.

    a prominent community advocate, leader, and nonprofit executive who serves for NGOs in Negros Occidental. She is recognized for her extensive work in child protection, grassroots community empowerment, and the elimination of child labor in rural communities across the Philippines.

    Educator and administrative leader who serves as the Officer-In-Charge Schools Division Superintendent (OIC-SDS) for the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Escalante Cityunder the Department of Education (DepEd). He is widely recognized for his leadership transitions and structural interventions across various school divisions in Negros Occidental.

    A retired public servant, registered social worker, and local governance leader who served for years as the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer (PSWDO) for the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental. She is highly regarded for directing localized social protection, emergency relief logistics, and community welfare initiatives across the province.

    A human rights lawyer, public interest advocate, and policy expert who serves as the Legal Coordinator for KAISAHAN (Kaisahan Tungo sa Kaunlaran ng Kanayunan at Repormang Pansakahan). She is widely recognized for her steadfast legal defense of agrarian reform beneficiaries, small-scale farmers, and underserved rural communities across the Philippines.

    A highly respected academician, mental health professional, and institutional administrator in Negros Occidental. She serves as the College Administrator and President of Bago City College (BCC).

  • ALLAN S. EWAG

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ SECRETARY

    A community organizer, developmental advocate, and non-profit executive who serves as the Executive Director of Quidan Kaisahan (Quidan-Kaisahan of Negros Occidental, Inc.).
